1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NPX Stack Co., Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to the DomHuang platform and related services.

By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted all of these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Intellectual Property

The Site is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, website designs, audio, video, text, graphics, and game assets (collectively, the "Content") are owned or controlled by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

3. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that all registration information you submit is true, accurate, and complete, and you have the legal capacity to comply with these Terms.

4. Digital Assets

• Ownership: You acknowledge that "Digital Assets" are virtual goods. All underlying intellectual property remains with the Company.
• No Monetary Value: Digital Assets and DHC currency have no cash value outside of the Site.
• Volatility: The value of Digital Assets is subjective. We do not guarantee any value appreciation.

5. Purchases & Refunds

• General Policy: Generally, all purchases of DHC or digital assets are final and non-refundable once the transaction is completed and the assets have been received.
• Technical Errors & Unjust Enrichment: In the event of a technical system error resulting in a player receiving DHC or digital assets in excess of the actual amount paid, the player is obligated to notify the Company immediately. Any such excess assets remain the property of the Company. The Company reserves the right to perform a Rollback, initiate a Deduction from the account balance, or suspend the account if it is discovered that the player intentionally used or transferred the excess assets without notification.
• Negative Balance: If a player has already spent the excess DHC, the Company has the right to adjust the player's account balance to "negative." Future top-ups will be applied toward the outstanding balance until the debt is fully settled.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to systematically retrieve data from the Site, use buying agents, impersonate others, or transfer your profile without permission.

7. Disclaimer

The Site is provided on an "AS-IS" basis. Your use of the Site and our services is at your sole risk. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Thailand. You consent that Thai courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
